To enroll at PIE, your child will need to be assessed by one of PIE's behavior therapists. An enrollment assessment determines if a child will benefit from our program and gives the parents an opportunity to see our facility and staff. Bring your child's medical records and educational documents to the assessment. This will assist our assessment team.

Medical records to bring with you are:

• Recent psychological reports
• Occupational, speech, or physical therapy information
• Hearing, Vision, speech,
• Cognitive assessments

A behavior therapist will conduct an assessment on your child while the parents receive a program overview presentation and tour of our facility. Parents are given enrollment forms to fill out, or can download the forms off our website and bring them in. Insurance benefits are verified and questions are answered during the parent interview.
