Behavior Therapists - Autism Program

Employment : Current OpeningsFull-time (37.5 hours per week)
Position Location:Burnsville MN, La Crosse WI

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism, ages 2-10.

Responsibilities include: providing therapy, monitoring and tracking client programs and progress, actively participating in meetings, programming, decision-making, and providing overall responsibility for the well being of the child. Candidates must possess effective oral and written communication skills, be a self-starter and able to work independently, have the ability to multi-task and make decisions, be a strong team player, have a high energy level and playful nature, and be familiar with handling behavioral issues with children under stressful situations.

Qualifications: A degree in psychology or related field is preferred, previous experience working with children with autism, previous ABA therapy work experience, and/or knowledge in the field of autism a plus.

Training in autism therapy provided; growth opportunities available.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide direct one-to-one occupational therapy to children with autism, ages 1-13.

Responsibilities include: Providing therapy, monitoring and tracking client programs and progress, actively participating in meetings, programming, decision-making, and providing overall responsibility for the well being of the child. Responsible for a majority of administrative tasks involving the Occupational Therapy Department. Candidates must possess effective oral and written communication skills, be a self-starter and able to work independently, have the ability to multi-task and make decisions, be a strong team player, have a high energy level and playful nature, and be familiar with handling behavioral issues with children under stressful situations.

Qualifications: An Associate of Applied Science/Occupational Therapy degree, certified by the State of MN and NBCOT. Previous experience working with children with autism, previous ABA therapy work experience, and/or knowledge in the field of autism a plus. Speech Language Pathologist

Position Location:Burnsville, MN and North St. Paul, MN

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism, ages 2-10.

Responsibilities include: Evaluations, treatment and written documentation of daily notes and re-certification.

Qualifications: MN Licensure, CCC and 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. Candidates should have knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders, a background in expressive, receptive, pragmatic language, oral motor, feeding, augmentative communication and sensory/motor processing.
