Autism Enrollment Procedure
To enroll at Partners, your child will need to be assessed by one of Partner’s behavior therapists. An enrollment assessment determines if a child will benefit from our program and gives the parents an opportunity to see our facility and staff. Bring your child’s medical records and educational documents to the assessment. This will assist our assessment team.
Medical records to bring with you are:
- Psychological Evaluations and Physician records
- Occupational, speech, or physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
- Hearing and Vision
- Cognitive assessments
- ASD Testing Evaluations
A behavior therapist will conduct an assessment on your child while the parents receive a program overview presentation and tour of our facility. Parents are given enrollment forms to fill out, or can download the forms off our website and bring them in. Insurance benefits are verified and questions are answered during the parent interview.
